About this cause
Al-Noor School serves 340 students in a low-income neighbourhood of Multan. For three years, the teachers have been running computer science classes using a whiteboard and printed screenshots because the school has never had a single computer. The principal, Ustad Iqbal Ahmad, has been shortlisting second-hand computers and has found a supplier of 15 refurbished Lenovo ThinkPads in Lahore. Together with proper desks, electrical wiring, and internet connection, the total cost is PKR 320,000. One computer for every 22 children is not ideal — but it is a start. Every donation goes directly to equipment. We have zero administrative overhead.
