Simple · verified · transparent
How Zadqa works
Whether you’re giving or raising, we keep the process simple, personally verified, and fully transparent — start to finish.
For donors
Donate in three steps
01
Find a cause
Browse campaigns by category — Medical, Education, Disaster Relief, Water and more. Every one has already passed verification.
02
Donate securely
Send your donation to the campaign's verified account and confirm in a few taps. No account needed, and 0% platform fee — every rupee goes to the cause.
03
Track the impact
Watch the progress bar move as donations come in. You get a reference for every gift, and funds go directly to the verified beneficiary.
For fundraisers
Start a cause in four steps
01
Submit your application
Fill in the campaign form with your CNIC, a clear description of your need, and supporting documents (hospital invoice, school fee notice, NGO letter).
02
Verification call
Our team reviews your documents and schedules a short video call to confirm the situation. We also contact the relevant institution directly.
03
Go live
Once approved (typically 2–3 business days) your campaign goes live to all donors. You'll get a shareable link to spread on WhatsApp and social media.
04
Receive funds
Funds are disbursed to your registered account within 48 hours of your campaign reaching its goal or closing. No middlemen, no delays.
The difference
Our verification process
No campaign goes live until it passes all four steps. This is what sets Zadqa apart from every other platform in Pakistan.

Application received
You submit your campaign form with CNIC, medical / school / institutional documents, and personal details.
02
Document review
Our verification team checks every document for authenticity — including CNIC validity and consistency with supporting materials.
03
Video call
We call the applicant (and beneficiary where relevant) by video to confirm the situation, ask questions, and detect any inconsistencies.
04
Institution confirmation
For medical or educational campaigns, we call the hospital, school, or organisation directly to verify the invoice or letter.
